In 2023, more than 30 Clubs hosted stands at the inaugural VauxALL show. All clubs are welcome, whether you have two members or thousands.

There is no cost for hosting a club stand, but all exhibitors must purchase a Exhibitor Ticket to gain entry to the show.

 

Booking a club stand is very easy:

1. An official from your club should contact Tim Watson via email or using the form below.
    

2. Once confirmed, your members will need to purchase Exhibitor Tickets via the British Motor Museum website. Every car must have at least one Exhibitor Ticket.
    

3. In August, the nominated official will be emailed your club's Stand Passes. These should be sent to all of the members attending the show. These passes are not tickets and will not get you entry to the show, they are to ensure marshals send you and your members to the right place.

Please note: Completing this form does not automatically guarantee your club stand. Club Stand Passes do not provide access to the show. You and your members must have a valid exhibitor ticket(s) to gain entry to the show.
